Will not ever go to this location again. Two out of the three last haircuts I've gotten at this location have been horrible. Now I have to go to another place to get it fixed. I didn't ask them to fix it this time because last time i asked them to fix it when they messed it up, she got really snippy. Won't go here ever again and will advise everyone I know to stay away.

I've been visiting this location for the last couple of months and the service is simply great! My hair has been cut by several of the stylist there but Rosa went above and beyond all of them. Rosa knows what she is doing and cares about how your hair looks! Throughout my visit she made various suggestions and maintained a great conversation. She would tell me what she's doing and why she's doing it, while she asked for feedback. Rosa was also very knowledgeable about the products and answered questions with the best possible response. I was skeptical of going back since one of my recent visits was serviced by someone who did not communicate and left my hair exactly how I didn't want it, but I hate to call her out. Regardless I'm glad I came back and was in hands of a knowledgeable and detail oriented stylist. Rosa, keep it up, you bet I'll be requesting you next time!

I took my 3 year old son to get a hair cut here and when I told them I wanted a 1 on the side and a small trim on top, id like it a little long.Tell me why when he was done his hair is super short on top after I said I waned a little trim on top. And plus there is a bald spot on the side.... I’m pissed off, it can’t even be fixed. After I told them they just were full of excuses, saying that he has baby hair, or that we didn’t say if we wanted a fade or not. He’s 3 years old he has been getting haircuts since he was 1 and never gotten a bald spot from a hair salon. I didn’t say anything about how I wanted faded but I also didn’t ask for a bald spot.
